Pleasant, caring, courteous staff. Impeccably clean. Plenty of hot drinks offered and always fresh water. The most tastiest of jacket potatos offered post surgery and excellent meals there after.

The nurses are all extremely kind and helpful, I have been in Chilgrove before and it was good to see some who I already knew. Doctors are caring and informative.

All staff processioned, friendly and attentive to my needs - Nice to see most of the same team as 4 years ago. The only problem and not much that can be done really is noise at night but I wear earphones so OK.
