On Tuesday I had keyhole surgery to remove my gall bladder. I have never had a 'proper' operation and was very nervous about it. The staff were lovely and everyone from the HCA doing my checks of bp etc to the anesthetist and surgeon who both spoke to me beforehand were very reassuring. I never felt so much as a scratch when the anesthetic was administered. Pre and post op care was very good too. I was back at home by 4.30 the same day and have had no nausea and far less post op discomfort than I was expecting. Even though I hope that I won't need surgery for anything in the future, if I did, i would have no qualms about being referred to you again. Thanks so much for your kindness and professionalism.
