The original assessment was lacking any depth and appeared to be looking for a quick and easy label. Despite emails sent the questions are ignored in addition to refusing to provide further help with a referral they placed. Meaning I now have to start the referral process again 6 weeks later. Clearly not in the best interest of the patient and the complete opposite of providing support.
