I arrived an hour early as I had not been to this hospital before, I was seen 5 mins after arriving (55 mins early).
Everything was explained to me before the procedure took place.
The biopsy was done with the minimum of pain, and I was totally satisfied with everything that was done on that day.
Everyone is quick enough to complain, so I am taking this Opportunity to say thanks for a job well done.
