From initial reception via Triage to treatment the process was professional and very pleasant. Everyone seemed interested in their work and came over in a helpful and considerate manner. Experienced staff.
Suggested improvements
Whoever designed the building didn't think about automatic doors opening directly onto the waiting area. Fine in summer I suspect but that won't be the case in February!

Dressing nurses Linda, and Linda, Joany and Claire are fantastic at what they do very caring.
Reception staff Nicole, Shirley, Emily, Naomi, Zoe and Dong are absolutely brilliant. Great team.
