The triage nurse did not examine or look at my injury, just ask questions and treated me for not taking the proper medication (ie paracetamol) before coming in. I was made to feel I wasting staff time then left to sit while people who arrived after me where seen, at present I have been here 2 hours and am still waiting everyone else is gone.
Suggested improvements
Give triage nurse training in compassion.
