I felt totally supported from the day I started. The group sessions were very informative, and I learnt how to make successful changes to my routine. The yoga and mindfulness were the perfect way to relax and start and end the day. [name removed] was a great key worker - I was often upset, and she would calm me down and make sure I was ok.
