All the staff were very helpful at all times. I think sometimes I felt very lovely in the evenings and had difficulty accessing news programmes etc.
Suggested improvements
The drug changes seemed regular but side effects were not identified.

Staff had time to listen and to help with needy. Doctor really proactive. There were times a nurse went above and beyond felt respected. Housekeeping staff lovely.

I have learnt some staff but still feeling really anxious and down but got a diagnosis that might change my life.

I wish I got my diagnosis earlier in my treatment and started my meds sooner.

Each member of the staff was attentive, compassionate and helpful. I have had amazing time being here, very informative groups sessions, wonderful families and food I loves everything and am feeling much better than before arriving.
