[name removed] was very good listener and sessions were very well structured. we worked as a team and helped me to be equipped to manage my low mood, low self esteem and anxiety. I felt [name removed] helped me and prepared me to manage and apply all my learning post therapy. I feel confident in my self to utilise all my learning from CBT session independently. Overall my experience: My experience with [name removed] has been incredibly rewarding as I have seen so much progress. She listened to all my concerns and assisted me in reaching my own conclusions on matters which has allowed me to develop long-term coping mechanisms of 'being my own therapist'. One thing I struggled with prior to my sessions with [name removed] was resentment towards the past and realigning myself with my values. The sessions have allowed me to move past this by improving my self-esteem and learning to sit with my feelings in addition to moving past them. Previously I found this very hard to do but with carefully considered session content, I was able to! One thing I found to be very helpful also was the videos explaining various techniques. however, Overall, I have found [name removed] to be an excellent listener and I have no doubt that she has drastically helped me to become a more confident and happier version of myself, and I am incredibly thankful for this!

Nothing, other than the previous therapist, prior to [name removed], was inconsistent wiht CBT therapy.

[name removed] was extremely professional, patient and understanding and explained things in a really thorough and detailed way. Having never had any sort of therapy in the past this was a new experience for me and her manner made me feel comfortable in opening up and talking about things I have never discussed with anyone in the past. She has given me hope and I can't thank her enough for that.

[name removed] has really helped me given me the tools to keep well, she genuinely cared and explained things so I understood and was very sincere and patient with me, I have lots of helpful literature and booklets now that was sent to me as well as email as i requested this so I can move forward that I can continue to use especially the possible relapse tools, [name removed] always recapped our session on email as it can be alot to take in.

more sessions , or maybe to check in a months time etc feel a bit lost now, but i have to put the work in, [name removed] has sent me all the numbers and info if i feel i need help again or have a crisis. Maybe some back up video material would of also helped to explain some things. The first questions above are not related to my telephone sessions that i had with [name removed] or the service that obviously needs to be changed and I would like you to let [name removed] see what I wrote so she recognises her good work please make sure this is done please, I will check in a few weeks time How long I had to wait to get these sessions I think it would be too late for some people and that's a worry at least send them some literature to work with for the time being maybe.

The U&ME course itself has been really beneficial so far. The group and the tutors have been amazing and have all helped each other. However, the service overall has not been entirely satisfactory, as the assessments carried out prior to assigning me to the course resulted in incorrect information being sent to my GP. The advice to my GP was that I wanted to be diagnosed with bi-polar disorder, which is not the case. I would like someone to get back in touch from CMHT to discuss this and ensure it is corrected as well as providing written diagnosis.

Be more detailed with feedback provided to customers and ensure that the information provided to GP's / third parties is accurate and able to assist in relevant and effective future treatment etc.
