The staff I know from previous admission to this ward.
Patients can be challenging at times.
The cleaner did not come to clean the toilet.
But over all I thought I felt as if I had lost or stolen my bank card.
But if not for Martin , who managed to get my card back , I wouldn’t be able to buy my cigarettes and wouldn’t have found my bank card.

Cleaner to come and clean the toilet every day.

The staff and the doctors at beechwood ward are well trained and respond appropriately to all patients. I have no complaints about the staff, medication and treatment was given to a very high standard. The efficacy of the treatment was evident in my full recovery and eventual discharge. I’d like to thank the doctors, consultants, nursing and support staff all for their various roles in my holistic recovery. In terms of improvement if there was more staff and staff shortages were addressed better I think that would be good for all, also if available on the NHS psychological interventions and support for patients

I have been treated with the upmost respect from every member of staff even when feeling at my worst, all staff on this ward truly are amazing and I believe they saved my life and have helped me become the new man I feel today.

Very happy with night staff . Find night staff not very helpful I just get sent to bed and I have also witnessed night staff sleeping .

I was treated with respect. Most of the morning staff were very good to me.
Suggested improvements
I would say that they should do something about the night staff, they should be more efficient in their job. Sometimes I never got along with the night staff.
