Felt as if the consultant was misleading me at times and making inappropriate comments but there was times I was treated fairly. I think nursing staff could handle situations better at times when it comes to restraints.

Because of the care staff have a number of admissions, all staff remembered me by my full name and I was very ill when I came in but they helped my get to my normal state of mind within 4 weeks. I came in on section 2 and now I am informal.

More staff on the ward especially males, more seats, hotter showers, taps and baths, things to get fixed faster by Vinci. More staff to be visible on the floor.

I think door closures need to be looked at as the doors slam shut causing me to trigger.
