For me my biggest problem was not being able to get out of bed and being scared. RMN Uzbek sat with me, gave me reassurance and made me feel safe. I fell asleep until the following morning because I felt safe. I ran in the garden and jumped for joy when I woke up.
Suggested improvements
At the beginning of my stay on Westwood the night staff were not very supportive, when I wanted a cup of tea they told me to go back to bed and wait until 6am. This has stopped happening and is better now.
