Regular staff that work here are generously lovely and supportive.

* Less stews/ lentils for vegetarian food. * Being treated the same way by staff when having an incident, rather than some staff staffing the incident, and others, letting the incident continue for however long. * Sorting out leave forms. * Having more staff so we can go for fresh air when we need it.
