Today the staff have been absolutely amazing, I have been admitted to VHCW/here since 27/2 (today is 14/1) and since I moved from ICU to my ward at VHCW (which I moved from on 11/1)- today is the first day I have been treated like a human/ patient as opposed to a { } animal.
Suggested improvements
Not just today but the whole admission I unsure of my plan of care/ what to expect on a day to day expected discharge. Also meds not stocked here took over 24 hours to arrive (pharmacy fault- not the { } but could have been fatal as was anti- experience.
