It would have been Very Good but for the lack of bereavement counselling. Whilst you have not provided bereavement counselling, you have cared for me most excellently during the absolute worst period of my life. And I have to comment that my treatment, and the facilities, at the Caludon Centre are far superior to my experience at Warwick. I wish to wholeheartedly thank all of the Caludon staff for their wonderful care.

You could have provided some bereavement counselling for me. But I have had to organise this for myself.
