This hospital although hesitant and on edge when confronted with concerns and issues have surprised my expectations by observing and trying to be open to confrontation.
There is still fear from staff regarding my tactics, but I can see small changes in views to this.
My out of 5 star reviews are constantly changing dependant on all factors, at present my ratings are getting higher as time passes, all progression and deteriations are taken into consideration. I'm pleased my personal views that affect my "out of 5 stars" is improving.

considering the nature of this hospital I can honestly say you are treated with dignity and respect and made to feel part of the 'family'.
