Nothing wrong with the care given at all. However, I was told to fill in the form and then leave - told I would receive a text later (which I did) telling me my place in the queue.
I then came back to the clinic when I was 3rd in the queue and politely told to sit in the waiting room. An hour went past and so did 5/6 patients, then the same after a second hour. I had to prompt the desk to tell them I was still there.
Eventually seen, but all in all could have saved a lot of time if the system actually worked.
