Unacceptable waiting times. People queue outside for an hour before the clinic opens and when it opens it's at full capacity straightaway. Reception staff seem annoyed at everyone. I ask what number I was in the queue and the reception lady nearly had a go at me when I only ask one simple question. It becomes impossible to see a sexual health doctor in London. Too many places shut down and the one that didn't don't have enough doctors. The place was freezing. Just a bit warmer than outside. It's nice that there were free coffee available.
