Burcot Hall

I had a great experience at Burcot hall, the nurses were really nice and I felt comfortable in their care. Specifically Linda Royston - she went out of her way to drop the transform gift bag to my house which was much appreciated. Any other consultations/reviews I had were great and I was always advised that I could pop down at any time if I had concerns. I did find that the after care teams responses were slow in comparison to Burcot hall themselves - sometimes there would be no response to calls, or a call back. I found that the reception team were a lot more helpful with any post op queries I had. Overall I am really happy that I went with Transform and would definitely recommend them to family/friends.

I was looked after very well following my surgery. All the nurses and doctors were lovely.

I add a band fitted in 2021 the staff after the surgery was terabel and the after care was terrible iv add no after care at all the band isant working I’m in constant pain and can’t get anythink down and thay will not do anythink everytime I ring that put the phone down I would definitely not recommend any part of this

Dr Awad and his team provided me with excellent care both in preparing me for my gastric sleeve, during the procedure and since. I made an excellent recovery with no complications and have no regrets about my decision to have the operation. I would fully recommend anyone struggling with their weight to take the plunge. Three months out I have lost 3 1/2 stone and my fitness levels have increased massively. A massive Thank you to Dr Awad and his team for making this possible

All the Burcot Hall staff were wonderful and attentive always making sure I had anything and everything I needed and always checking to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. They made sure I had all the information I required both pre and post-surgery which helped to put any anxiety at ease. I want to specifically call out Emma as well as I met her in my original consultation so was very happy to have her looking after me through this and for being so personable with me I really appreciated it!

I can not recommend Mr Awad enough. He was very informative and gave me such confidence in the overall experience of bariatric surgery. I felt safe in his teams hands including the Anaesthetist. The operation was much easier than I expected as all outcomes are discussed. 100% recommend Tonic Weightloss Clinic, their care and follow up calls are regular and so helpful.

I was the first orthopaedic patient at this hospital and I cannot praise the staff enough. Nothing was too much trouble,very caring.Would definitely recommend this hospital for whatever Procedure that may be required. Physiotherapist Amit was brilliant and gives you the confidence to make a quick recovery.
