I am amazed on how much dedication and great care is given to clients being assessed at Jade. Reviews are taken on all counts with his assessments and final long term care.
The staff at Jade are always critical about their own actions and have on numerous occasions contacted me by phone with regards to my opinion on applying meds and general care before any actions are acted on.
Suggested improvements
Each client is unique and all agency staff should be trained/ advised appropriately before giving care.
