I was taken care of to the best standard by my practitioner karen. She was thorough and helpful and walked me through each step of my procedure. She made me feel really comfortable and at ease.

Amazing care didn’t feel anxious at all getting my implant out had a few bad experiences in other sexual clinics however this one was by far the best wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to People had a good laugh with the nurse didn’t feel awkward or worried

As soon as I entered the building all the members or staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Once I went in for the implant removal the lady was again very friendly and professional, she explained the whole process to me as we went through it and made sure I was happy. It took a while to get the implant out, it was just difficult (it’d been in for 4 years due to covid delays and was also my second so the scar tissue from the first may not have helped)! So another lady came in to help who again was really lovely and despite the difficulty they both kept me at ease. I was also offered an std test while I was there and I think is a great idea, I’ve never had this offered before in other clinic’s but I feel that people will be more likely to take the tests if offered when they’re in for other things than booking specifically for the test. Thank you to all of the lovely ladies at the centre for making the whole experience as comfortable as possible.
