The nurse made me feel very relaxed about getting my implant taken out. She was very friendly and helpful with questions I had. The procedure was more or less painless and very quick and easy, absolutely nothing to be scared about. Thank you!!

It is brilliant that you can see a nurse in school. I would find it hard to get to the Brook. The nurse is so nice and friendly, she explains everything so I can understand. You don't feel judged and she doesn't need to tell school.

I was so nervous going but was made to feel comfortable. The nurse Claire was lovely and listened to me and answered my questions. I won't be nervous going again.

staff are always so lovely and always answer any questions i give. they also answer the phone straight away and i get a call back from the nurse in about 10 minutes.
