The staff were brilliant and my confidence has so increased over these sessions. What was good was understanding the need for balance and strengthening of muscles the relevant to my own needs as well as in the group.

I found the service thorough and professional particularly the ability of the dept. to co-ordinate the other services involved by joining all the docs, hydrotherapy, walking aids etc. Darkinsons and G.P etc to provide a thorough treatment package.
I found the home visits particularly useful; learning the exercises in the released informed environment of home was particularly beneficial and effective.
I would like to thank those who participate in my treatment for their kindness and patience!
