My father was an in-patient and was frightened, ignored and rang me to collect him.He had been transferred from St.Richards . The staff were rude and unhelpful and made little attempt to help him . He finally came home with the biggest bed sore on his bottom 5 inches by 4 due to their lack of turning him . When he left St.Richards who were amazing he had no sore at all . I will never forget his face when I arrived after his call. His words were I Cant do this anymore I want to go home.
For elderly respite I would not recommend .
