I was seen my Mark Jones for the 2nd time for cartlidge damage to my knee, i was told by him that there us nothing he can do for me, I just need to loose weight, exercise and wear sensible footwear,
1st I was within the green area in the weight chart
2nd was given no exercise to do apart from work on strengthening my knee but don't do weights, nothing said about making sure I have low impact exercise
3rd I suffer with eating disorder and weight myself before every meal to see if I can eat or if my weight has gone up I miss that meal so his comment I'm overweight while still I the green section of the graph has really had a major impact on me
