I bought my 18 month old daughter in as I was told too by the walk in centre bearing in mind I’m not from the area and was just visiting. I ended up spending £50 on taxis to get her there to be met with the most rude and patronising doctor I have ever come across, he didn’t listen to a word I said and even indicated at one point that I had lied about the severity of my daughters condition to the walk in centre just so I could bring her to a&e, in what world would I want to take my daughter to hospital if it wasn’t needed, he was unprofessional, rude and didn’t seem interested in actually helping my daughter at all just wanted to pass the buck onto our own gp when we got home, now the reason my daughter was sent to a&e- recently she had bronchiolitis which ended up with a a&e visit at our local hospital as she was struggling to breath and need a nebuliser and inhaler to help, not long after that while she was still recovering she got chicken pox, still not 100% and seeming to be struggling to breathe again I called the walk in clinic at fleetwood and was told I had to take her to a&e, nothing was done, no help no advice nothing! I left feeling deflated and even more worried for my daughters condition than when I went and £50 down which I didn’t really have in the first place , and if that’s your best service of care I greatly worry for the people in your long term care. I was so angry and in such a state my mum wrote a complaint on my behalf but surprise surprise I haven’t heard anything let alone a simple apology for the disgusting treatment me and my daughter experienced, safe to say if I am ever in the area again needing medical care I will find a different hospital to go to.
I was having a MRI scan on my feet

Good service from all staff
I was treated very well thank you
I was grateful for the service and care provided by the hospital. The staff are a credit to the NHS.
I am filling this out on behalf of my 2 year old who is under investigation for autism. We attended A&E and there was no other child in there. There was an ANP who wouldn’t see him as he met the criteria for Urgent Care. While I appreciate this, I had made the staff aware of the investigations we are going through. I was concerned about his breathing and by the time we were seen 3.5 hours later we spent 5 min with the doctor, reassured and sent home. This 3.5 hour wait could have been avoided. My son really struggled, he was tired, felt unwell and in an unfamiliar environment. The lights are very bright, there were lots of people, not child friendly in the slightest. We couldn’t be given a rough wait time. 5 people were seen ahead of us in 3.5 hours. None of them were in there long. There were multiple staff who came to the door to call people in. The receptionist couldn’t give any details on waiting. My son was screaming to go home, he was hitting me and trying to bite me in frustration. I started to become more concerned about him and so mentioned it to the receptionist who went to ask someone to check his Sp02 levels and we were taken straight through. I do not feel Urgent Care was functioning to the highest possible standards at all
Because I do not have a condition
