I attended the urgent care. I was treated with respect and dignity by all staff except the nurse practitioner who saw me one on one. I found him to be arrogant and was not listening to me and i felt he just treated me as the condition i presented with and not as a person with needs and also felt like he was near the end of his shift and just pushing me through to get me done so he could leave. . I was spoken down to like i was stupid and did not appreciate this at all, i would and will in future refuse to be seen by him if i ever have the misfortune to have to attend again.

Teach staff morals, respect and dignity and how to make a patient feel heard and not to disregard them
This is based on my one on one interaction, all other staff were amazing

Wait was 2 hrs people who came after me went in before me I don’t mind kids going in first and patients who seem worse that me I was in a lot of pain

The only complaint I had was I am diabetic and having come back from an X-ray I’d had nothing to eat I asked for a sandwich but it never came I had to go look for one
