My son was seen in ane to be elsent over to urgent care when asked was told 5hr wait when asked was told would be quicker to be seen in ane so took him back and was refused care as urgent care could deal with him.
He is acute asthmatic and was on holiday i hadn't took his emergency steroids and explained that is what he needed but wasnt helped at all....i left as we had waited 3hrs and wasnt waiting another 5hrs why he struggled to brethe and got no help.place was dirty staff unhelpful and drove home saw gp and he had chest and lung infection as i already knew was given antibiotics and steroids shame he didnt get care treatment he needed and would not return to this hospital
