Sympathetic attention, careful explanation of what staff were doing, and help whenever possible.

If people could pass on the information that I have a fixed hip, and therefore cannot sit upright, I have to keep saying this to each nurse.

We have experienced hospital alot so knew what we might come up against. Staff were friendly. We were treated with respect and supported throughout our visit.

It would have been better if we didn't have to travel around the county just to get the treatment we needed. We went to 3 different hospitals before getting what was needed. That was a 75 mile round trip!

Took nearly 4 hours and 3 mistakes with prescriptions before I managed to get antibiotics for my child. Zero communication and no one seemed willing to help me despite waiting for hours due to practitioners mistakes. Awful experience. Would avoid in future

Double check prescriptions are correct and rectify problem without going to the back of the queue and waiting hours for another GP
