Benenden was such a refreshing change to our local hospital. Not only clean and tidy, but every single member staff was so kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was nice to see that they did not congregate around the nurses station talking all day. They really did work hard but if I needed help I did not feel that I had interrupted them. This is what hospitals should be about and it is about time other hospitals reviewed how they act - we are patients and should always be put first. This is exactly what Benenden does and I am so grateful that they were able to fund my treatment.
