From the pre-assessment team to the moment i arrived at the hospital when the receptionist guided me to the Day Care Unit, i felt as if I was a unique individual whose well-being mattered to all the staff. Everything was well prepared, organised & efficient without being regimented. I always felt as if everything would be done to ensure i had the best possible experience & the best possible outcome. Any questions i had were answered honestly & with kindness. The Nursing team of Shelley, Linda & Nikki were attentive, thoughtful & yet still methodical & orderly & they gave me a coherent plan for the day. Tommy from the surgical team & the anaesthetics team supervised by Dr.Critchley all provided me with further support & guidance which gave me confidence that my care was in the very best of hands. A big thank you to everyone involved in my care.
