Very long waiting times Not enough staff Doctor wasn’t interested when I arrived I went to go and they sent me to A&E But A&E said GP and I was sat waiting around feeling like I was a burden on the resources

Although booking in slow overall the process went well

I was treated by Dawn on Saturday 4 July around 09:30 am for a broken bone in my left foot. Dawn was warm, friendly, caring and very informative. She put me at my ease straight away and together with the radiologists that x-rayed me, my whole experience was so less stressful than I expected it to be. Please pass on a big thank you to Dawn and the radiographers (sorry I cannot remember their names - I was in waiting area B if that helps).

The consultation with the consultant in A and E was very positive. He took time to explain things and I felt listened to and not rushed. However, the waiting time was too long.

From going to A&E on the Sunday, diagnosis, on Monday, admitted for gallbladder removal on the Friday. Astonishing service, prompt, efficient, friendly and kind staff, my care was exemplary.

We asked the receptionists where to sit and she sat us in the incorrect side so after an hour of waiting we went back to be told we were in fracture clinic. Then had to wait as they had called my name a number of times
