I am an out of areas by GP request and my referral has been delayed which has been incredibly distressing and harmful. The UCD have been compassionate, determined and flexible in how they have helped me every staff members has saved my life. Held me up so well.

Great welcoming, friendly people, good calming environment, with a relaxed vibe, good colours and a good self service water dispenser.
Suggested improvements
In doha airport here is a great system that allows you to relax with natural LED lights and water flawing system for disabled or mental health.

The staff showed compassion and caring the whole time we were washing. They kept me as informed as possible whole trying to had out informations.

I have no complaints or recommendations as I have been so well looked after. (Maybe some cushions on the chairs though. :)

I have been out of prison immedicated for over six months with no hope of help and deteriorating badly. I have met staff, with compassion and have truly tried there handset to help me. Thank you so much.
