The doctor explained very well. She was very reassuring.
Waiting time need to be improved.
I waited 40 mins before I was told I was booked into the wrong clinic list then was taken to the light clinic.

Staff very patient and understanding as the patient has autism and was extremely nervous. Main issue was getting the needle in to the veins and this took some time.
