I wanted a swab to be taken but was rejected , nurses seem to lack knowledge and refer to google a lot for information , I also have done research on Google before hand so have more knowledge of my symptoms

They are always nice to me I have been going there since 2015 and the team has always kind to Me from Sharon the receptionist, the phlebotomist , the pharmacist and the Doctors.

Both the nurse and the consultant were absolutely amazing .so compassionate..took the time to listen , accepted my limitations and provided help. Amazing team

I think the only think is assigning more resources and funding to the clinic . I have a condition that required physical and physiology as well as psychological support and that clinic does not have the resources to do so. It is a shame as it will complement the excellent team in the clinic
