Friendly and polite reception staff Everything was explained clearly by the nurse who was friendly and polite Would use again if I needed to and not feel nervous or embarrassed Didn't have to wait long Would recommend this centre

Short of a chauffeur - nothing. There was a question over the information on the system (seemed illogical). Time was taken to double check. Appropriate action taken. Spot on.

The nurse was lovely and very respectful, there was no wait time, I got what I needed, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Brilliant service.

Friendly, confidential service

The process for booking the appointments seems stressful. I was not aware of the online choice these days so I always prepare myself to wake up 5mins before you open to make sure I’m on the phone bang on 8am to get an appointment. I was lucky today but have had to do this multiple days in a row before when not so lucky.
