The process for booking the appointments seems stressful. I was not aware of the online choice these days so I always prepare myself to wake up 5mins before you open to make sure I’m on the phone bang on 8am to get an appointment. I was lucky today but have had to do this multiple days in a row before when not so lucky.

Everyone was super helpful, from the people sorting the appointments on the phone to the receptionist and the nurses, they all just made me feel super comfortable and service was top quality

The nurse had a very soothing manner about her, while taking blood. I told her I didn't like needles and that my veins were deep. She was very reassuring and succeeded in getting blood on the 2nd attempt.
Suggested improvements
I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Very frustrating. Plus the results from the previous test weren't processed because of insufficient blood volume, so I had to retake the blood test again.
Very annoying.
