My experience today was excellent. This appointment had been postponed. Unfortunately I did not receive a phone call or letter to tell me that the previous appointment had been postponed and so turned up for my appointment, having left work early, missing meetings. Please make sure that if appointments are changed, which I totally understand can't be helped from time to time, that the patient is informed. From this appointment, my treatment was organised very quickly and I was given good advice on better shoes to help my condition.
