Visit made pleasant by the excellent staff.
In particular, Lyn on recption is a very caring and kind person who trated everyone with dignity and respect and made them all feel it was okay to be there.
The clinical staff are welcoming and do not rush you. They discuss your issue clearly and offer good outcomes.
Could provide cushioning on seats to make it more comfortable for longer waits
