Arthur Webster Clinic

Supposed to have regular checks for diabetes, the last one was last year in October.. I have tried ringing them but never answer the phone, they need a receptionist that answers the phone .

I was booked in for a telephone appointment- I never received a call. I have been trying to get in touch with the service about this by phoning multiple times a day every day since but can never get through. The phone rings and rings but never an answer. At this rate I will have to bus out to the clinic just to speak to someone as the phones appear to be unmanned. Very frustrating and feel like I’m constantly having my time wasted.

The staff were all professional and efficient, helpful and kind. I was listened to and treated with respect. My needs were met, promptly (i.e drink of water, opened window) exercises were explained and demonstrated and I was watched to ensure I was doing them properly. Reasons for doing the exercises were given and outcomes. The environment was appropriate, clean and bright. The appointment was easily accessible and clean. The clinic was chosen eventually close to my home. Appointment times were booked at convenient times to suit my needs. I did not at any time feel I was being rushed. All good. The service doesn't, in my opinion, need improvement.

They help me and listen. I want it to carry on. Extremely helpful and caring, always put in the right direction.

Estelle is so gentle in the way she works - excellent podiatrist. The young receptionist with long black hair is the best, pity she cannot be cloned. She smiles a lot, makes one feel relaxed and at the same time eliminates efficiency. Both a credit to the patient.

Stephen saw to me with great kindness. I was really pleased with the care he showed to me. Thank you Stephen.

Hi, I came in with a shoulder problem and Emma who was working there at the time looked after me and explained everything to me and even got a hospital report, which was good of her. I am now on the way to recovering from this pain problem I had. Regards Steve Dennis
