Unable to complete myself due to self harm. R thumb. I was treated as an individual with great deal of respect, taking into account confidentiality, professional nurse. Janice Uttlery PN, should empathy understanding and support, patience, supplied good information and guidance in support. Knowledge of other techniques and agencies to utilise instead of self-harming. All of which I would be using in future or staring with other people I know.
