Appalling place unfit to provide care, see CQC report.
Dreadful communication, patients are not safe, staff are antagonistic and bullying not skilled in de escalating situations at all and seem to go out of their way to escalate them. The ward is run like a punishment block. Impossible to speak to any clinician, the ward clerk gives out inaccurate information and refuses to give out email or contact details for any manager or clinician. They can't even provide a bedroom for a mentally ill adult. Shared dormitories in 2021?? My relative thought they might die there through their neglect, I shared her concern and moved heaven and earth to get her transferred.
