This place used to be much better but the calibre of the doctors has gone down markedly over the years. I think the vast majority could now do with a course in listening skills and also become aware of the need to involve you in decision making and not be dictatorial about what is going to happen.

Start listening to the people who seek treatment from you and stop dictating what is going to happen.
