The doctor provided a prescription for the essential item immediately and when it proved to be unavailable provided, another prescription for an alternative within an hour, enabling me to take an essential drug on the same day. The Nova pen 5 is so effective that my medical carers have offered to send me another to keep as a spare, to avoid the problem occurring again. Thank you sincerely all your help.
