The only downside is the difficulty in getting an appointment sometimes. I realise this is an on-going concern and cannot be helped as there are so many patients and not enough G.P.'s to cope. The receptionists are usually very helpful though and if it is urgent you can usually get to see the doctor you wish to see. The automated system is a bit of a nightmare - you hang on, click this, click that and then find there are no appointments. I got stuck in a loop one day and rang a different number in despair! Difficult times for eveyone and not really anyones fault. Great surgery staffed by great people on the whole.
