Doctors are great but other staff getting details wrong or not doing their job let the practice down badly

Suggested improvements
Receptionist could have got the details correct for the doctor calling me. Nurse could’ve called me back after twice leaving messages on answerphone. Tried to blame me for not ordering my medication when this is never been the case before. Not actually responding to the main complaint when complaints are made it seems things are brushed under the carpet
