I have been with this surgery for over 30 years and even with changes I have always received friendly caring attitudes from everyone there. Even take the trouble to make sure you are comfortable and reassurance is forthcoming even for the most minor procedures . People who say otherwise have perhaps presented with an attitude that is deserving of some correction. IMO they always go the extra mile to help.
They do a marvellous job considering how many different types of personalities they have to deal with.
