The appointments system is a joke you have to call at 8.30 sometimes taking about 20 minutes just to get through to a queue,you wait in the queue if your lucky you get a telephone appointment that you have to wait for all day or if theres no telephone appointments you have to go through the whole process the next day.i work and cant be in a queue for ages and certainly cant have my phone know me at work to get a call back.i have a relative that works in the hospital monday to Friday and cannot do this as he gets no signal.why cant you just pre book an appointment it's a joke want to move asap
