The receptionists are always really helpful and friendly and usually manage to arrange something convenient. I think this is worth commenting on in the light of other horror stories I hear about doctors' receptionists! Diane, the Practice Manager/Nurse is also great. She is very patient and always takes the time to explain what she is doing and why which makes a huge difference to the "experience".
