My name is Mrs Christine Grasso and I would like to say how excellent your service was yesterday. I called the surgery yesterday after not feeling well for a few days. The receptionist who dealt with my call was so kind and helpful. Later in the afternoon a doctor telephoned me. He was so helpful and put my mind at rest and gave me sound advise. A prescription was put up immediately. Such an efficient practice you run and I can certainly say the NHS at its best. I thank you for all you do, especially during this very stressful time.
